All alcoholes are Honzo brewing (no sugars are added), and even general liquor meets the cost of 58 % of the rice polishing ratio and the requirements for Ginjo sake (60 % or less). Our proud tiger tail is 38 % for rice polishing ratio, which has a higher positive white rate compared to normal Daiginjo (50 % or less). In the commitment to the material of the president who is the oldest Ehime prefecture, Yamada Nishiki, which is used for the tiger tail, uses special rice from Hyogo Prefecture.
