General brewing rice polished to 58% is used in this genshu honjozo from Nishimoto Shuzo in Ehime Prefecture. Bottled without water addition at natural alcohol strength, the genshu format delivers more concentrated flavor than the standard diluted version.

All alcoholes are Honzo brewing (no sugars are added), and even general liquor meets the cost of 58 % of the rice polishing ratio and the requirements for Ginjo sake (60 % or less). Our proud tiger tail is 38 % for rice polishing ratio, which has a higher positive white rate compared to normal Daiginjo (50 % or less). In the commitment to the material of the president who is the oldest Ehime prefecture, Yamada Nishiki, which is used for the tiger tail, uses special rice from Hyogo Prefecture.
