Daiginjo Shizukuzake Tobindori Tokaizakari

🍶
Description

A shizuku-zake daiginjo from Koizumishuzou in Chiba, produced by the tobin-dori method in which sake drips naturally by gravity into 18-liter tobins without any pressing. This gravity-drip technique captures only the most delicate, free-run juice, representing the pinnacle of the daiginjo craft. The Tokaizakari label is the brewery's flagship brand, and this expression represents its most prestigious tier.
