Description
Sakenosei (酒の精), meaning spirit of sake, is a Daiginjo from Chikumanishiki Shuzo in Nagano's Saku basin, founded in 1681. Yamada Nishiki polished to 39% yields an intensely refined, aromatic expression, brewed with pure mineral water drawn from wells fed by the surrounding Yatsugatake mountains.
