Description

Daiginjo polished to 40% from the Hokuyu label, produced at the northernmost sake brewery on Honshu's mainland, located on the Shimokita Peninsula of Aomori. All sake here is pressed slowly through traditional wooden fune-shibori, contributing body and depth.
