Daiginjo Hanzo Igayamadanishiki uses Yamada Nishiki grown in the Iga region of Mie Prefecture, polished to 40% for this daiginjo from Ota Shuzo. The brewery's Hanzo daiginjo lineup was notably served as the kanpai sake at the 2016 G7 Ise-Shima Summit working dinner.
