Chotokusen Daiginjo Inatahime from Inata Honke Shuzo in Tottori Prefecture is the brewery's top-tier daiginjo, brewed with Gohyakumangoku or Goriki rice polished to the exacting standards of the daiginjo grade. Tottori's clean mountain water and cold winters provide ideal conditions for slow, low-temperature fermentation, resulting in a sake of remarkable refinement. Inatahime, named after the local deity of Inata Shrine in Tottori, is the flagship label of the brewery.
Highly aromatic and elegant, with added alcohol to enhance floral notes.
