Chotokusen Daiginjo Kiribakoiri from Itakura Shuzo Co., Ltd. in Shimane is a superpremium daiginjo presented in a paulownia wood box (kiribako), the traditional Japanese method of packaging the most prestigious sake. Shimane Prefecture, home to ancient Shinto traditions, produces sake with a distinct regional character shaped by the San'in coast's cool climate and pure mountain water. This highly polished expression represents the brewery's finest work, intended for ceremonial gifting and special occasions.

Sake brewing is made using 5 million stones from the prefecture, improvements, Saika Nishiki, and Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo.
