"Treasured Shizuku Sake" is a phantom sake that has been slowly aged three or less. The outside of pesticides unused rice harvested by contract cultivation with local farmers is cut to 45 %, only the center core white is used, and all are used by hand. "Treasured Shizuku Sake" is a little foamy, and the dry, clean taste and its refreshingness are the best when you are drunk in a sherbet.
