A local sake that uses 100%of Shizuoka Prefecture Agricultural Experiment Center for over 8 years. Yeast also uses "Shizuoka Yeast (HD-1)" made at a Shizuoka test site in Numazu City before. The taste has no savory taste and has a swelling, but it is finished to leave sharpness like Manyo. I make it with great care, especially the fermentation environment.
