Asahikiku Daichi Junmaiginjo - Junmai Ginjo sake from Asahigiku Shuzo Co.,Ltd, Fukuoka
Description

Pesticide-free Yamada Nishiki from Itoshima, Fukuoka, polished to 50% is the foundation of this junmai ginjo from Asahigiku Shuzo. Compared to the tokubetsu junmai tier, this expression offers a more transparent rice umami with a refined acidity and greater delicacy. The clean but voluminous profile reflects both the quality of the organically grown rice and the brewery's minimal-intervention approach.
