Description

This liquor, which has been developed in harmony with the delicate flavors offered at Alan Ducas restaurants around the world, gives a refreshing aftertaste in addition to the original taste of sake. We are pursuing a new world standard for sake. The main raw material is Japan's leading rare brand rice "Kamikohara Rice", and fermented using Nakamura Sake Brewery original yeast. Sake with a surprising exhilaration was born.
