An all-Iwate junmai ginjo brewed by Suisen Shuzo entirely from Iwate-grown ingredients, rice, water, yeast, and koji. Known as Ginginga, it expresses the region's light and clean style with a fruity ginjo aroma and soft, integrated umami characteristic of Iwate sake.
