ShuWaWa is Suisen's Iwate sparkling sake — lively bubbles lift delicate sweetness and light rice aromas into a playful, festive pour that finishes crisp and dry.
Although it was severely damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, we borrowed a factory of the same company and resumed sake brewing. I am doing my best to return to the Kesen area where I have been making sake.
