Omiryumon Jukusei Koshu 2004 Genshu is a long-aged koshu genshu from The Omi Sake Brewery in Shiga, brewed in 2004 from rice polished to 75% and aged for approximately two decades. Extended cellar maturation in Shiga's Lake Biwa watershed develops the deep amber color and mellowed, concentrated depth characteristic of premium long-aged Japanese sake.
