Named after the right-hand orange tree of the Imperial Palace, this junmai from the Nara brewery offers a subtle sweetness balanced by moderate acidity and clean umami. The sake has a direct, forthright palate with good sharpness on the finish, drinking particularly well at room temperature or gently warmed.
