An aged daiginjo koshu from Toyokuni Sake Brewery in Aizusakashima-machi, Fukushima, where traditional fune pressing is used for all grades. Extended cellaring develops additional mellowness and depth beyond the standard daiginjo release, with the base sake drawn from well-polished Yamada Nishiki.
