Tezukurizozan Junmaishu is a handcrafted pure-rice sake from Matsushiro Miyasakashuzoten in Nagano. Brewed without added alcohol, it expresses the full, rounded flavor of locally sourced rice and the cool mountain water of the Nagano highlands. The result is a satisfying junmai with a gentle umami backbone.
