Description

Tamanoharu Daiginjo is the flagship daiginjo expression from the Tamanoharu Factory of Iwate Meijyo in Iwate Prefecture, produced with rice polished to at least 50%. A small addition of distilled brewers' alcohol is used in the daiginjo style to enhance aromatic volatility and achieve the characteristic lightness of this premium grade. The Tamanoharu brand draws on Iwate's cold climate and pure mountain water to craft sake with refined elegance.
