Junmai Ginjo Kuranoyume is a pure rice ginjo from the Tamanoharu Factory of Iwate Meijyo in Iwate Prefecture, with a name meaning 'the brewery's dream.' Rice is polished to at least 60% for the junmai ginjo classification, and no distilled alcohol is added to the brew. The cold fermentation environment of Iwate Prefecture supports the clean, aromatic profile that defines the ginjo style.
