Part of the pichi label kasumi line from this Minami-Uonuma brewery, this release was inspired by the image of freshly picked peach, with a rich, nectar-like sweetness balanced by brisk carbonation. Brewed using the flat-milling method with the proprietary Ipponshime rice and soft snowmelt water from Mount Makihata.
