Table sake from Shiragiku Shuzo in Takahashi, Okayama, produced using exclusively Okayama-grown rice and groundwater from the Takahashi River system's Narwa tributary. The brewery, established in 1886, draws on over 100 years of Bitchu toji craftsmanship to produce sake with soft mouthfeel and clean, well-balanced flavor.
