Suginoshizuku is a seasonal junmai ginjo from Suwa Shuzo using Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%, brewed at the Chizu-cho brewery with the Chiyogawa River's ultra-soft water. No product-specific taste data was found for this vintage; the label is produced as a limited, cellar-release expression within the brewery's all-junmai lineup.
