The Soukou Daiginjo Sara from Kuramitsu Shuzo, the only sake brewery in Oita City, is brewed with Ono River subterranean water and high-ester yeast to produce a fragrant, clean daiginjo. The brewery, founded in 1864, has won consecutive top prizes at the National Sake Competition from 2013 to 2016 with this Sara line.
