Shiho Futabayama is a honjozo made with Wakamizu rice polished to 70%, the entry-level expression in the three-tier Futabayama series. Produced by Oita Meijo in Usa, Oita, the At-yui (至宝) style features a soft flavor with a full-bodied aroma, and is well suited to warm serving temperatures.
