Yamada Nishiki grown in the brewery's own fields in Akashi, Hyogo, is used for this ceremonial Junmai Daiginjo, whose name Okinanosakazuki references the celebratory Noh play Okina. Intended for auspicious occasions such as New Year and weddings, it was named in collaboration with Noh theater specialists.
