Nama Daiginjo Arabashiri is the unfiltered first-run press of a Daiginjo from Kobayashishuzo in Hokkaido, released unpasteurized to preserve its raw, vibrant energy. Arabashiri is the initial free-run fraction of the pressing process, producing a sake with pronounced intensity and fresh, slightly rough character compared to later fractions. Combined with Daiginjo-grade polishing, it offers an aromatic, lively expression of premium Hokkaido brewing.
