나베시마 시즈쿠 준마이 다이긴죠

나베시마 시즈쿠 준마이 다이긴죠
Description

Nabeshima Shizuku Junmai Daiginjo from Fukuchiyo Shuzou in Kashima, Saga, is drawn using the shizuku (drip) method, where gravity alone extracts sake from hanging cloth bags without mechanical pressure, producing sake of exceptional clarity and delicacy. From the brewery crowned IWC Champion Sake in 2011, named for the historical Saga feudal lord Nabeshima Naomasa, this expression epitomizes the exclusively ginjo-grade, muroka production philosophy of one of Japan's most celebrated breweries.
