나가이 사케는 군마현 최북단 분지의 수원지에 위치한 가와바 마을의 물에 매료된 쇼지 나가이가 1886년(메이지 19년)에 창업했습니다. 양조장 주변은 사토야마하라 경관으로 보호되고 있으며, 50헥타르의 숲에서 솟아나는 부드럽고 은은하게 달콤한 물을 사용합니다. 창고를 둘러싼 자연을 표현하는 아름다운 술을 장인 정신으로 빚어내며, 마시는 이의 마음을 감동시키는 술을 목표로 합니다.
