Miyozakura Houmon is a special release from Miyozakura Jozo in Minokamo City, Gifu, a brewery with roots tracing back to 1893 along the historic Nakasendo post road. Crafted in small batches using Kiso River aquifer water and specially contracted rice, this sake embodies the refined hospitality and heritage of its storied hometown.
