Koharu is the youngest of Miyoshikiku's 3 Sisters series, a Junmai Daiginjo bursting with the brewery's signature lush, floral aromatics. Crafted in Tokushima using spring water from the Iya Valley, this wonderfully fragrant sake is bright and elegant with a smooth, silky texture.
