Nagano-grown rice polished to 65% and spring water from Mount Yokogawa are used in this honjozo jokarakuchi, one of the bestselling expressions in the Miwatari lineup from a brewery established in Okaya in 1867. With a sake meter value of +6.5 and 15% ABV, it is crisp and dry, suitable from chilled to warmed.
