Made entirely from Yamada Nishiki sourced from Jitsuraku in Miki City's Yoshikawa-cho, one of Hyogo Prefecture's special-A designated growing regions, this tokubetsu junmai is bottled as nama-chozo, preserving a fresh character at 70% polishing ratio. Sawanotsuru has maintained a relationship with the Jitsuraku farming community for over 130 years.
