Kisoshibori Namagenshu is a Junmai Ginjo from MIINOKOTOBUKI CO.,LTD. in Fukuoka pressed using the traditional kiso (wooden trough) method and bottled unpasteurized and undiluted. The result is a vivid, concentrated sake with intense fresh aromatics, vibrant acidity, and raw, energetic character best enjoyed soon after release.
