Matsuno Zero is a junmai daiginjo made with Sankeinishiki, Nagano Prefecture's new sake rice variety, polished to 35%. Brewed with spring water from near the inner gate of Togakushi Shrine in northern Nagano, it shows a gentle sweetness, an elegant aroma, and a crisp, clean finish that reflects the brewery's long tradition of hand-crafted, rice-forward sake.
