에도 시대부터 이어지는 히노키와 삼나무로 만든 양조장에서 가와바타 주조가 빚는 혼조조 조센입니다. 도네강과 아라카와 유역에서 얻은 연수를 담금수로 사용하여 우마미, 단맛, 산미의 균형이 좋고 다소 드라이하게 완성한 둥근 맛이 특징입니다.
