Tokubetsu honjozo namazake bottled after cold storage aging (namachozo) from Suzuki Shuzo in Saitama. The namachozo process stores unpasteurized sake through the summer before a single pasteurization prior to bottling, preserving freshness while adding seasonal depth. Brewed using Chichibu aquifer groundwater at this historic Iwatsuki brewery.
