Kurikomayama is the flagship sake from Chida Shuzo, founded in 1915 in Kurihara City, Miyagi, drawing brewing water from the underground springs of Mount Kurikoma. The brewery is known for fermentation managed to 0.1 degree Celsius precision, producing sake with rich, umami-forward depth characteristic of Miyagi's inland brewing style.
