Description

Kuninokotobuki Tokubetsu Junmaishu Usunigori is a lightly clouded, special junmai from Menoshuzou in Fukuoka. Gentle coarse filtration leaves a delicate haze of rice solids, adding a soft creaminess and subtle natural sweetness to the sake's otherwise clean, savory junmai character. Shake lightly before serving for the full cloudy experience.
