Kuninokotobuki Tokubetsu Junmaishu Jugemu is a special pure-rice sake from Menoshuzou in Fukuoka, carrying the same playful Jugemu name as its ginjo sibling. Brewed as a tokubetsu junmai with particular attention to rice quality and fermentation, it offers a richer, more savory character than standard junmai. A satisfying, food-forward sake with real depth.
