Produced using Yume Nishiki and Nippon Bare rice at 70% polishing by a Hyogo brewery founded in 1768, this sake draws its name from the ancient term for the Yamato region. Yume Nishiki lends a deep, savory umami and a mild, settled quality characteristic of the Sanshu brewing tradition.
