Akebono rice milled to 65% in a namaChozo (cold-stored, single-pasteurized at bottling) sake named after Koboyama, the local peak in the Tanzawa foothills near the brewery. Bottled at 13.5% alcohol with a nihonshu-do of +3, it represents the brewery's accessible everyday expression using Kanagawa-grown rice.
