키누오토메 특별 혼죠조

Kinuotome Tokubetsuhonjozo is a special honjozo from Kinshihai Shuzo in Niigata, designated tokubetsu to indicate superior ingredients or a distinctive production method beyond the standard honjozo requirement. Niigata's toji tradition and renowned water quality contribute to the refined, clean finish characteristic of the region's sake. The added brewer's alcohol in honjozo brewing enhances aromatic clarity and produces a lighter body.
