Kikuhime Tokusenjunmai is a specially selected pure rice sake from Kikuhime Shuzo in Ishikawa, representing the brewery's best expression of the junmai category at a premium tier. Brewed without added alcohol, it relies entirely on rice and fermentation for its considerable depth and umami, with the Ishikawa brewing tradition providing an ideal cold-climate environment.
