Kasumitsuru Yamahai Junmai Natunonigori is a summer nigori (cloudy) junmai from Kasumitsuru in Hyogo Prefecture, brewed using the yamahai starter method and released as a seasonal offering during the warmer months. The nigori style retains rice solids in the bottle for a creamy texture, while the yamahai method contributes characteristic lactic tartness and depth.
