지바현의 아사히즈루가 「간자부로」 라벨로 양조하는 1000일 숙성 다이긴죠입니다. 야마다니시키를 50%까지 정미하여 사용하였으며, 약 3년간의 장기 숙성을 통해 고슈 스타일의 숙성감에 걸맞은 부드러움과 깊이가 육성되었습니다.
