Wakamizu rice grown on the Ashigara Plain, Kanagawa, polished to 55% in a junmai ginjo produced under the prefecture's unified standard: only Kanagawa-grown Wakamizu, single pasteurization at bottling, and 13.0-13.9% alcohol. The fruity, full-flavored profile with a clean finish reflects the terroir of the Tanzawa foothills where the brewery has stood since 1868.
