Kinkame Ginjo is a regular ginjo offering from Kamenoishuzou in Tsuruoka, Yamagata, the same brewery behind the well-known Kudoki Jozu and Bakuren lines. The brewery, founded in 1875, uses Ogawa yeast (Kyokai No. 10) to achieve the low-acid, clean, and faintly sweet character that defines its house style.
