Kamekichi is the flagship label of Nakamurakamekichi, a brewery established in 1913 in Kuroishi, Aomori, where Tsugaru toji tradition shapes a sake with gentle mouthfeel, restrained aroma, and a rich interplay of rice umami, acidity, and subtle bitterness. It circulates primarily within Aomori and has earned gold medals at the prefectural sake competition.
