An export-exclusive sake from Tenryō Shuzo in Gifu's Hida region, produced with locally grown Hida Homare rice polished to 45% and the brewery's ultra-soft Hida mountain groundwater. Tenryō has been a consistent gold-medal winner at the National New Sake Appraisal since 1992 and its large-format daiginjo has been served on JAL domestic first-class flights.
